The Gait Monitoring Device

The team at Woke Studio was approached to redesign a wearable product from Sensoplex. The current product, a wearable device intended to monitor and transmit the gait data of patients with degenerative diseases or going through physical therapy, suffered from negative associations with home-arrest monitors. The challenge we faced was to create a wearable solution that would shed the negative associations and invoke confidence in the user when being worn around the ankle.
